DSE英文科｜學識快慢同義詞唔怕俾卷一考起

形容速度、時間，好多時學生都會用 Quickly/ Slowly 形容，但有時英文卷一Reading 未必會用呢兩個字出題，而用啲更難嘅同義詞表達，所以只要學識快慢嘅同義詞，就唔怕睇唔明篇文講乜啦！

代替Quickly的同義詞

1. Expeditiously
用法：As the number of requests from the citizens kept increasing, the government should proceed expeditiously to appease their needs.
隨著市民的要求不斷增加，政府應迅速採取行動安撫他們。

2. Hastily
用法：Some think the company should act hastily before the problem get any worse.
一些人認為公司應該要在問題惡化之前急忙採取行動。

3. Swiftly
用法：In view of the unstable situation of the epidemic, the government must react swiftly before further trouble arise.
鑑於疫情的不穩定，政府必須要迅速作出應對。

4. At full tilt
用法：These two countries are committed to reach a settlement at full tilt.
兩國致力於盡快達成和解協議。

代替Slowly的同義詞

1. Tardily
用法：The entertainment companies always respond tardily to the scandals of its artists.
經紀公司對旗下藝人的醜聞總是作出緩慢的回應。

2. Ploddingly
用法：The Internet connection is extremely poor that television shows are loading ploddingly.
互聯網連接很差，任何電視節目都加載得極之緩慢。

3. At a snail’s pace
用法：Due to the changes in the business environment, we lack confidence in the project. Therefore, we are putting less resources in, and the project is moving at a snail’s pace.
在於商業環境的變化，我們對項目沒有太大的信心，因此我們放較少的資源在項目上，令它進展變得很緩慢。
