<p class="wp-block-paragraph">首先，紅椒及黃椒同樣都含有豐富的膳食纖維及維他命C。膳食纖維可以增加飽肚感，同時亦有助促進腸道蠕動，有預防便秘的功效，可維持腸道健康。而維他命C則具抗氧化功效，有助增強身體的免疫力，可幫助身體製造骨膠原，保持皮膚彈性。 </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">肉類方面，今次選用了牛肉，它含有豐富的蛋白質及鐵質，當中的蛋白質是修補細胞的重要元素，而鐵質則有助身體製造紅血球，幫助預防缺鐵性貧血。如身體缺乏鐵質，便會容易令人感到疲倦，身體的抵抗力亦會下降。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">紅椒、黃椒 各1個</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">番茄 2個</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">免治瘦牛肉 150克</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">洋蔥 半個</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">白飯 1碗 </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">水牛芝士碎 適量</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>醃料：</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">生抽 2茶匙</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">糖 1茶匙</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">胡椒粉 少許</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">生粉 1茶匙</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">水 1湯匙</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>調味料：</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;鹽少許</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>做法</strong>：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1.免治牛肉用醃料醃15分鐘。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2.洗淨甜椒，切走頂部及去籽。（頂部可預留作甜椒盅的蓋子）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3.番茄及洋蔥切粒。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4.燒熱鑊，加入少許油，爆香洋蔥，加入番茄。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">5.加入免治牛肉，炒至半熟。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">6.加入白飯及少許鹽，拌勻。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">7.把煮好的材料釀進甜椒，灑上水牛芝士碎。 </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">8.放進已預熱180℃的焗爐焗10分鐘，即成。</p>
