The competition features three themes, and each team must select one theme to create their podcast episode, raising public awareness and interest:

Eligibility
The competition is open to primary schools within the CLP's supply area (covering Kowloon, the New Territories, and most outlying islands).
Participants must enroll through their primary schools. Each team must consist of 2 to 5 students from Primary 3 to Primary 6 in the 2025/2026 academic year and team members should come from the same school.
Each student can only join one team and participate once.
Each school can nominate up to 5 teams, and each team can submit only one entry
Each team must select one theme for the competition; different teams from the same school can select different themes
Submission Requirements
Podcast Duration: 3 to 5 minutes
Language: Cantonese, Mandarin, or English
Presentation Style: No restrictions (e.g. talk show, interview, radio drama, etc.)
Originality: The podcast content must be original and not copied. Any plagiarism will result in disqualification.
Music: Participants may decide whether to include background music or sound effects, they must have proper authorization for all audio used
Format: A final podcast audio in 1) MP3 format via a Google Drive link, 2) Audio via a Youtube link and 3) a recording video via a YouTube link (Note: This competition will be primarily judged based on audio works but for the verification and for judging the 'Best Teamwork Award’, please submit a recording of the production process)
All participants are required to submit the following materials to complete their entry:
1. Final Podcast Audio (MP3 file) by Google Drive link and its YouTube link
The audio must be the final edited version of the podcast episode
Only MP3 format will be accepted, and the file must be uploaded to Google Drive only
Access must be set to “Anyone with the link”
The Audio must be uploaded to YouTube and set to “Unlisted"
2. YouTube Link to Video Recording
The video must capture the podcast production process, duration approximately in 3 – 5 mins with one shot to the end, showing participating team members actively speaking or recording
This serves as verification of originality and student participation and for judging the 'Best Teamwork Award’
The video should be uploaded to YouTube and set to “Unlisted”
3. Entry Presentation Deck (PowerPoint Format)
Please upload the completed presentation template via entry submission form
This serves as verification of originality and student participation
Only PowerPoint format will be accepted
Registration Deadline & Submission
The supervising teacher of each participating team must complete the online registration form by September 19, 2025, 11:59 PM (Hong Kong Time)
The supervising teacher of each participating team must upload the Google Drive link , the YouTube link and the Entry Presentation Deck of their submission via the designated submission form by November 14, 2025, 11:59 PM (Hong Kong Time) (The link to the submission form will be provided in the application confirmation email.)
Submission must also include the following:
School name, supervising teacher’s name, and contact details
List of team members and team name
A brief description of the podcast entry (200 - 250 English words).
